Dubai Properties Group opens two show homes
Two model apartments have been opened at a new real estate project in the UAE.

Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has announced the scheduling of viewings at the completed units, set among 22.6 million sq ft in the centre of Dubailand.

One of the show properties is a single-bedroom apartment, while the other contains two bedrooms – both are designed to show off the best the development has to offer.

Interested buyers will also be able to look around the rest of the project, with the firm announcing 35 per cent of the buildings have reached their full height, while 47 per cent of the superstructure work is now in place.

Khalid Al Malik, group CEO at DPG, said: "We are thrilled to be able to offer our investor[s] an opportunity to preview the model apartments and asses the ongoing construction progress at the development."

The Dubailand venture will cover three billion sq ft and is comprised of 45 different projects – at an estimated combined cost exceeding $60 billion.
