Crowds gather at Limitless stand

08 Oct 2008

Visitors eye up global projects

Sheikh HamdanAround 3,000 people have flocked to the Limitless stand at Cityscape where 11 global projects and the company's newly-unveiled 'human thread' manifesto are on display. More than 1,000 visitors, including Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, have supported the Limitless philosophy of moving people, not just cars, by adding their name to a giant signature wall.

The company has pledged to make a financial contribution towards research into sustainable development for each signature received during Cityscape. As day three of the world's biggest property show unfolds, Limitless has revealed that 3,000,000 people will live and work in the company's 11 developments currently on display, and around 20,000 hectares are covered by the company's global projects.

The Limitless stand is around 540 square metres and the firm has calculated that 250 kilogrammes of paper are saved by producing e-brochures, of which 5,000 have been produced for visitors to take away. There are 10 Limitless-sponsored shuttle buses taking showgoers to and from the event, as well as five three-dimensional 'stereoscopic' pods available
for a taste of life in Limitless developments. The 'Human Thread' campaign focuses on Limitless' vision that it is people, not buildings, who matter most when it comes to sustainable development.
