According to the firm, customers need a website which will provide them with a searchable directory of qualified property investment opportunities.
The website will provide users with access to newsletter subscription, RSS feeds, various contact forms, search site capability as well as a news section which includes press releases, contracts and agreements.
Moeen Assayegh, Cityplex general manager, said: "We want to have a visually engaging website that is both informative and customer oriented, where visitors can appreciate the profitability of the Jordanian real estate market and get a better understanding about who we are and what services we offer."
The company added that increasing numbers of investors and potential homeowners are using the internet to make purchases.
Meanwhile, Taameer Jordan Holdings has launched a sales office in the United Arab Emirates for its developments in Jordan.
