Property Shopper opens in Dubai
The second Property Shopper exhibition is to run in Dubai until November 15th, according to its organisers.

Held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, the event is a showcase for 40 real estate agents and brokers showing off their residential and commercial property investment opportunities across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

A range of exhibitors including the likes of Sherwoods, Cobalt, Hunt and Harris and LLJ Properties will be in attendance showcasing a range of apartments, villas and houses.

Pooja Rajani, event director at Property Shopper, said: "Speaking to brokers, we have noticed a shift in the market; now that more and more properties are being completed, property owners are looking to rent their properties to manage mortgage repayments."

He added that this market change is the reason behind the event taking place and agents and brokers representing properties from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.

Meanwhile, the first Property Shopper event took place at the Al Ameera Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai.
