Al Jabal Holdings unveils Crescent Star project
Al Jabal Holdings, a real estate developer based in the Middle East, has announced the launch of its Crescent Star project.

The launch of the 33-storey development was attended by more than 1,300 potential investors and real estate experts and Bollywood film star, Fardeen Khan.

Saeed Currimjee, managing partner of Al Jabal Real Estate, said that everyone involved is very excited about the launch of the Crescent Star hotel.

"This is the first development of its kind in Ajman where investors can literally earn by the day in the hotel sector and not be subject to the real estate market fluctuations, which is a concern to many at the moment," he stated.

According to the company, the anticipated return on investment is 20 per cent per annum.

The hotel features 515 units ranging from standard to three-room suites while the interior design is contemporary balanced with state-of-the-art features.

Meanwhile, Al Jabal is entering the real estate market in Abu Dhabi in an attempt to take advantage of the anticipated demand for 250,000 units over the next decade.
