Changi Business Park (CBP) Plaza 8 is comprised of 3 blocks of 8 storey towers and a 3 storeys amenities block developed by Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust [AREIT].

2 blocks of the 8 storey buildings with NLA 400,00sqft is tailored to suit Citibank under a ‘Built-to-Suit’ Agreement [BTS] with AREIT. This shall facilitate Citibank to house up to 5,000 back end service staff into the buildings.

The other 8 storeys office block with of NLA 230,000sqft and a 3 storeys podium of NLA 66,000sqft shall be the first in CBP to provide amenities that include foodcourt, gym, childcare centre and F&B shops. This is in line with Jurong Town Council’s vision to inject buzz and activities into the locale and to facilitate and support new developments around the area.

The dynamic and exciting building forms feature texturised facade surfaces with integrated silk screen patterns within random modular play of aluminium panels. They work with sky gardens and sky terraces that have been strategically placed to suit functional and aesthetic needs.
